The draft proceedings of the 2006 International Conference on Planning for Land Use and Healthy Watersheds that was distributed to the GEM ISWM participants in La Crosse, WI on October 5, 2006 will be posted shortly for Wingspread partcipants' review and comment by the end of October 2006.  Further details and schedule for completing the proceedings by the end of the year will be forthcoming.

Also, small group discussion notes taken at Wingspread will be posted shortly.
