The RM Portal users are encouraged to use Skype to request live chat Help.

Skype is Free (proprietary) Internet Telephone software for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Using Skype you can talk long distance for free.

It requires that your computer have a microphone, speakers, and a relativly fast connection to the Internet (DSL, cable, or better).

  • Download Skype onto your Computer
  • Set up your Skype Login and Password
  • Search for the RM Portal Administrator's handle:  rmportaleng
  • When you need live chat support you can email the Portal Administrator to set up a chat time or place a Skype call directly to rmportaleng if you see the support is online.

Here is a collection of other Collaboration tools recommended.
