The US Agency for International Development (USAID) Eurasian -American Partnership for Environmentally Sustainable Economies (EcoLinks) works to assist industries and municipalities in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet States to address environmental challenges. EcoLinks promotes market-based solutions to environmental problems facing industries and municipalities in the E&E region by seeking to catalyze cross-border environmental business partnerships between local E & E businesses, municipalities, and associations in the region with counterparts in region and in the United States.
