Biodiversity Support Program

Promoting conservation of the world's biological diversity. We believe that a healthy and secure living resource base is essential to meet the needs and aspirations of present and future generations.

The publications on this Web site represent the accumulated knowledge, lessons and tools from over a decade of work by the Biodiversity Support Program (BSP).

We would like to thank all the organizations and individuals who have worked with BSP, including BSP partners, grantees, collaborators, staff, consultants and contractors. Their inspiration and hard work made posssible the results contained on this Web site. In particular we thank our three consortium partners, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), The Nature Conservancy (TNC) and World Resources Institute (WRI), with special thanks to WWF for hosting BSP. We are very grateful to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for funding BSP and for USAID staff participation in and support to many BSP activities.
