View Content on the Portal

Content, in the context of the portal, are web pages, links to web resources, files, flash movies, news items, and calendar events.

View Content

1. To view content, navigate using tabs,

the Navigation menu,

or the search field, search

to folders where content are located.

2. Generally, folder content is presented as a list, each with a content item having a Title and Description.

3. Click on the content Title to view the content item.

Steps for adding content: Add an item, like a file or video

Add a title and description

Browse to and attach your item

Add properties like copyright and author

Leave private or make visible

Submit your item for publication
