How to Add Projects

  1. To add a project you must first be registered and logged in.
  2. Once logged in, check to see if an organization you will need to include is already in the system. Toggle list on left to view organizations.
  3. If your organization is not in the system click “Add an Organization.”
  4. Then click on the “Add a Project or Activity” button above.
  5. Go through the first three project tabs Default, Project team, and Categorization, filling in the fields marked with red dots. You can ignore the other fields and tabs.
  6. Once you click “Save”, your project is added to the inventory.
  7. You do not need to change the “State” drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the page.

Once you have added your project, you can edit it by going to the project page and clicking the “Edit” button. You can also alter its sharing permissions by clicking “Share.” There, you can search for an individual user and allow them to view or edit your project; this allows you to collaboratively edit project information with your colleagues.
