USAID's Office of Forestry and Biodiversity is interested in learning about how to better tackle corruption around environment related crimes (wildlife trafficking, illegal logging and illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing). We'd like to connect to the expertise in the Community of Practice to learn about approaches being tried in other sectors, unique partners engaged in anticorruption work, and ideas for approaches that could work in the environment sector. The meeting will be an informal opportunity to learn more about USAID's work on tackling environmental and wildlife crimes and provide input and ideas about how we can do a better job fighting corruption.
