The ENCORE Gros Piton Project: Community-based Nature and Cultural Tourism in St. Lucia, West Indies

A 1998 project focusing on a hiking trail climbing Gros Piton peak. Including GPS mapping of the trail and an historic "Brigand" village, a modified Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC) assessment, public involvement, trail monitoring, values at risk, tourism image, interpretation, niche markets, and GPS training. The four parts include 1) Table of Contents & Executive Summary, 2) Text, 3) Five Appendices and Maps, and 4) Photographs.
