Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

The CARE-WWF Alliance is seeking a competent and motivated CARE -WWF Alliance Programme Manager for its office in Tanzania, based in Dar es Salaam. The core responsibilities of the Programme Manager are: To provide leadership in the development of the Alliance Programme's vision, strategic plan and implementation plan and ensure alignment between Country and Global teams; To represent the Alliance in events relevant to the Alliance's Programme organized by the Government of Tanzania, donor organizations, community leaders, private sector companies, the research community, national civil society, and counterpart/NGO representatives as needed; and participate in Local, District, Regional and international meetings as required.

Capacity Building Coordinator

Location: Brazzaville, Congo

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), World Wildlife Fund for nature (WWF) and African Parks Network (APN) have long supported the Congolese, Cameroonian and Central African governments in their efforts to conserve biodiversity in the landscapes of the Tri-National Sangha (TNS) and support the management of several protected areas in the three countries. The coordinator will be responsible for assessing capacity building and training needs at the different sites and for developing specific training plans and programs in collaboration with the management units of the different sites.

The Monitoring & Evaluation Junior Officer will be a member of the JGI
Tanzania who will provide technical expertise in: general Program monitoring, reporting on indicators for measuring Program overall performance and recording progress towards set goals/objectives. He/she will also play an integral role in implementing and updating Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and Collaborating, Learning and Adapting plans. The role will be responsible for data collection, verification and reporting. He/she will support the implementation of the adaptive management best practices and work closely with Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to guide Project team through the process of learning from and making programmatic decisions based on the results of monitoring and evaluation data.
